For Orders within Singapore
Orders are usually mailed out once a week, on Sunday. Both Standard and Tracked mail usually take around 3 working days to be delivered!
Standard mail, while cheaper, will be done through SingPost with no tracking capabilities. This means that we have no guarantee from the courier that your parcel will reach you safely. We will provide you with proof-of-postage upon request, but do note that should these packages be lost, we are not able able to provide you a refund or similar reimbursement.
We therefore recommend Tracked Mail, which will providing tracking capabilities and a larger amount of assurance via NinjaVan.
Rest of World
If you would like to place an international order, we offer postage to most countries using either Qxpress or Singpost International Mail - Shipping is calculated at the checkout page. Also check out our Retailers page to see if there's a store stocking our products near you!
Exchange Policy
We get it, sometimes we grossly underestimate just how buff we are... With that being said, as long as the item is in its original condition, we accept exchanges subject to certain requirements. We do not currently accept refunds.
Original Condition
For Chalk:
If it is a bottle issue, please do not remove the seal and we'll be happy to swap it out for a new bottle right away - just get in touch with us via e-mail or Instagram.
For T-shirts:
Please ensure that you have taken a look at our Size Chart before ordering. We are happy to negotiate an exchange for items with defects - please do not wash or wear the item you wish to exchange. Do get in touch with us via e-mail or Instagram.
How to return?
Do reach out to us via e-mail or Instagram to arrange a meet up with us for your exchange or if you wish to send to us via mail. Please let us know the details of your return in your message as well. Please also bear in mind that it is still up to our staff to determine if the item is in acceptable condition before we accept your exchange.
